- NOTE: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - ACTUAL SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED O/A 8 AUGUST 2003. THIS RFP WAS PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER SP0100-03-R-0163. PREVIOUS NOTICE INDICATED THAT THIS WOULD BE A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS HAS BEEN CHANGED TO AN UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION. Green 483, Type II,Class 1, NSN:8315-00-106-5973; Item 0003: 400 yds. Fastener Tape, Hook, Nylon, 3/4" width, Navy Brown 3753, Type II, Class 1, NSN:8315-00-066-5053; Item 0004: 81,500 yds. Fastener Tape, Hook, Nylon, 1" Width, Navy Black 3230, Type II, Class 1, NSN:8315-00-935-6761; Item 0005: 299,100 yds.Fastener Tape, Hook, Polyester, 2" Width, Camo Green 483, Type II, Class 3, with Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Backing, NSN: 8315-01-111-7170. Applicable specification: A-A-55126A, dated 23 June 1999. Best Value/Source Selection procedures will be utilized with the following evaluation factors: Experience/Past Performance; Socio-Economic Program Support; DLA Mentoring Plan and JWOD Program Support. Six deliveries to Albany, GA, commencing 120 days after date of award, are required. One 100% Option is included. Prior Procurement history is as follows: Item 0001: 445 yds. @ $.18 purchased in APR 2001 from Diversified Marketing; Item 0002: 30,190 yds. @ $.17 purchased in APR 2001 from Div. Mkg.; Item 0003: 20,000 yds. @ $.34, purchased in 1983 from 3M company; Item 0004: 42,460 yds. @ $.17, purchased in APR 2001 from Div. Mkg.; Item 0005: 92,135 yds. @ $.90, purchased in APR 2001 from Div. Mkg. Specification(s) for these items can be accessed via the ASSIST website at http://assist2.daps.dla.mil/quicksearch/. In the box entitled "Document ID" type the specification number exactly as it appears and click on "Submit". Follow the instructions on each page. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(a)(7) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or amendments.
