- This is a combined solication/synopsis for quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Far 12.6. There is no formal solicitation document. Closing date and time for receipt of offer is AUG-29-2003 EASTER STANDARD TIME. Facsimile are acceptable and may be forwarded via Fax to: (252) 335-6790. Offers may be submitted on company letterhead stationery indicating nomenclature, part number, unit prompt payment and business size standards and any minority classification. A Company representative authorized to commit the company must sign this offer. 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certification is available upon request and must be provided with vendor?s proposal. The US COAST GUARD AIRCRAFT REPAIR AND SUPPLY CENTER (ARSC) intends to award a purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.This is an unrestricted procurement. The USCG intends to award a purchase order to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).which is RAYTHEON SYSTEMS CO. Drawings and Specifications are not available and cannot be obtained by the government. REQUESTING FIRM FIXED REPAIR PRICE. TEARDOWN,TEST,EVALUATE/REPAIR (7EA) RECEIVER,RADIO, NSN 5998-01-336-0460, P/N 4059369-0501. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06.
