Description
The following are the Government?s responses for questions received in reference to DGPS Solicitation DTCG23-03-R-TED116: 1. QUESTION: Is a separate connector required to provide the RS-232 output? ANSWER: A separate connector is not required. 2. QUESTION: Is NMEA 2.2 acceptable instead of 2.1? ANSWER: As long as it is compatible to V2.1 (which it should be) V2.2 would be acceptable. NMEA V2.1 is the minimum version acceptable. 3. QUESTION: Will the Government accept less than 4,000 track points? ANSWER: The Government will not accept less than what is outlined in the specifications; therefore, 4,000 Ship Track Points stored is the minimum number that will be accepted.
