- THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR A DEFINITE QUANTITY FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FOR NSN 1610-01-288-3121, PART NUMBER 785426-1, FILTER, ASSEMBLY, YPG03170000517. APPROVED SOURCE: HAMILTON SUNDSTRAND, CAGE 73030. CONFIGURATION CONTROL APPLIES (SEE CLAUSE 52.246-9G36, SECTION I). CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM. ORIGIN INSPECTION REQUIRED. REQUIRED QTY: 140. REQUIRED DELILVERY: 120 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF ORDER (DARO) DELIVERY LOCATION: NEW CUMBERLAND, PA. UNRESTRICTED. DSCR DOES NOT CURRENTLY HAVE AN APPROVED TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE FOR THIS NSN. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT REQUESTS TO DSCR-VABA. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATIOIN WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
