- The NRCS in South Dakota has completed an OMB A-76 study of clerical support services in Brookings, Mitchell, Pierre, Rapid City, South Dakota. No technically acceptable offers were received. As a result, the solicitation is cancelled and the work will remain in house. Questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing to Mavis Johnson, Contracting Officer, (605) 352-1213.
