Description

The solicitation for this project will be posted for review and printing on FedBizOpps approx. July 15, 2002, the closing date for offers will be approx. July 30, 2002. The solicitation will have the exact closing date. The project consists of removing and replacing the existing concrete sidewalks adjacent to the Sawtooth National Recreation Area (SNRA) headquarters building (7660 ft. sq. of sidewalk) and 174 ft. of concrete curb and 696 ft. sq. of sidewalks adjacent to the Ketchum Ranger District Office. The SNRA headquarters building is located 8 miles north of Ketchum, Idaho and the Ketchum Ranger District Office is located at 206 Sun valley Road, Sun Valley, Idaho. Est. start date is August 1, 2002 with 60 calendar days for completion. NAICS code: 2357. Size Standard: $12.0 Million. The est. price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
