- General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest Zanesville, OH REQUIREMENTS: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of 10,120 BOMA rentable square feet, to yield a range of 8,000 to 9,200 ANSI/BOMA usable office area square feet (usf), and on-site parking for 37 vehicles. The building must be handicapped accessible and must comply with GSA Fire Protection, Occupational Health and Environmental Safety Standards. The facility must have the potential for an efficient space design layout and meet the Agency?s' security requirements. LOCATION: The city limits of Zanesville, Ohio. LEASE TERM: Twenty (20) years, ten (10) years firm. OCCUPANCY: December, 2004 EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST should include the following and be submitted no later than August 8, 2003: 1. Building name and address 2. Available rentable square footage, floor location, and estimated rental rate per rentable square foot. 3. Floor plan 4.
