- The Regional Contracting Department, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends to award an unrestricted contract. Solicitation N00604-03-T-B096. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; WRITTEN PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUIRED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION will not be issued. Proposals must include a completed Representations and Certifications (FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items and DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representation and Certifications ? Commercial Items. All prospective quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. All responsib le sources may submit a quotation in response to this synopsis, which shall be considered. This synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quotations (RFQ), for a Firm Fixed Price type contract incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 2001-14 and DFARS Change Notice 20030620. The Regional Contracting Department, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the following: ITEM CLIN 0001, Commercial Chips 1000 Tons, CLIN 0002, Base Course 1000 Tons, CLIN 0003, #2 Rock 300 Tons, CLIN 0004 Cold Patch Asphalt 200 Tons, CLIN 0005 Delivery Charges for CLIN 0004 @ 100 each 2 ton deliveries. Contractor to deliver to site on the island of O'ahu Hawaii. The quantities identified are estimated and should cover the requirement for a period of performance commencing 01 August 2003 through 31 July 2004. Paymen t will be made through purchase card. Contractor to quote delivery FOB: Destination for CLINs 0001 - 0003. The FSC code is 5610. The NAICS code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 327999 and 500 employees respectively. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Due to delivery schedule and requirement, it is imperative that the delivering contractor be located on island. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to be eligible for Department of Defense Contract awards. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror/quoter INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Please ensure compliance with this regulation when submitting your quote.
