- Description
- This is a solicitation which includes selective site demolition and provisions for one new building on one site, including associated roadway work and site utility work. Demolition work includes demolition and removal of existing concrete curbing and pads, buried utility structures, bituminous pavement and relocation of existing light poles. New building construction work includes concrete foundations and slabs, reinforced concrete masonry and structural steel structure, cement plaster exterior finish, clay tile roofing, aluminum windows, hollow metal storefront entry, steel doors, wood doors, overhead coiling grille, masonry walls, metal stud and gypsum walls, interior finishes, electrical power and lighting, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, fire sprinkler and alarm systems and incidental related work. Site work includes extension of existing fire water service, potable water service with backflow preventer, sanitary sewer service, underground power service, roadway and pedestrian sidewalk paving, new and relocated exterior lighting and miscellaneous related work. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, engineering, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and transportation to perform all of the services described in the plans and specifications. The approximate Solicitation Release Date is 11 August 2003. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format via the Internet.
