Description

The National Park Service is soliciting quotations for repairing and painting the exterior of 3 maintenance buildings located on the Blue Ridge Parkway, Milepost 29, Montebello Maintenance Area, Vesuvius (Nelson County), Virginia 24483. The contract includes Building 171 (approximately 9,000 square feet), Building 173 (approximately 2,300 square feet), and Building 175 (approximately 7,750 square feet). The contract work includes repairing, replacing, and staining T1-11 siding; painting metal doors, multi-pane metal windows, roll-up type wooden garage doors, and miscellaneous trim; replacing and painting soffit material; replacing gutters and downspouts; and site restoration. Estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. NAICS Code is 238320. Small business size standard is $12 million.
