- Description
- Work consists of furnishing all necessary skilled labor, supervision and tools, materials, equipment to remove existing roofing material and accessories; installing new rigid insulation, thermal barrier cover board, and a fully adhered single-ply membrane roof; including accessories. The work also includes installation of new conductor heads and downspouts. Roof approximately 6490 square feet. Project is located within Curecanti National Recreation Area, 15 miles west of Gunnison, CO. Solicitation package will be available on or about August 8, 2003. Interested bidders may request a bid package by FAX 970-641-3127. The solicitation will be issued by paper copies and delivered by US mail. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 to $100,000.
