- Description
- ROOF REPLACEMENT AND WINDOW REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AT THE MINNESOTA VALLEY NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE, BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA. Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, superintendence, and transportation necessary to remove existing ballasted roof and replace with built-up roof membrane. Repair and re-coat fully adhered single-ply roof. Repair/replace clear story windows. Paint the interior side of metal decking for roof and repair interior drywall and trim, damaged by leaks in the roof. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industrial Classification Systems Code (NAICS) is 233310, with a Small Business Size Standard of $28.5 million. The estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation packages will be available approximately August 11, 2003, with bid opening occurring on or about September 10, 2003.
