Description

NA This project basically replaces the majority of the above ground fire suppression, heating ventilating & air conditioning (HVAC) and electrical services within the Hangar Facility. Electrical work will include bringing the hangar bay up to current standar ds for a Class 1, Division 1 hazardous area. Fire Suppression upgrade will include replacing the existing overhead deluge system with a wet pipe sprinkler system and install a high expansion foam fire suppression system. Mechanical work includes new DDC heating ventilating and air conditioning controls, climatic control units, new breathing air system and overhead trench exhaust system and other miscellaneous work. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Plans and specification s will be available on/or about August 14, 2003, and will be provided on Compact Disk (CD-ROM). THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER FIRM. Plans, specifications, and planholders lists will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
