Description

NA Construction of approximately 3500 linear feet of bank improvements on the West Bank of the White River, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Work shall include demolition of existing paved bank and 48?????? sewer, construction of a new 3:1 bank cross-section with concrete toe, riprap, sidewalks, overlooks, parking spaces, exterior lighting, landscaping, sewer replacement, other miscellaneous site work and options for lighting on two vehicular bridges. This Procurement has no business size restrictions. The H UB ZONE Price evaluation preference of 10% will be applied to this procurement. NAICS 237990 ($28.5 mil) Estimated Value is $5,000,000.00 - $10,000.00. Approximate issue date for this solicitation is 11 August 2003 and approximate due date is 10 September 2003, 2:00PM Local Time. Specifications are available on compact disk only. Project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Source View Reader. Both readers are contained in the solicitation pkg. Minimum system requirements are: 486-based personal computer, Microsoft Windows 3.1 or greater, 8 MB application RAM, 4 MB hard disk space, and compact disk drive.
