- NA The Department of the Army has a requirement for a Fixed Price contract to construct Addition to Building 847, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The period of performance is 120 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed. The work shall include, b ut not be limited to, excavating and backfilling for buildings and utilities; providing and installing concrete slab and sidewalks; providing and installing concrete masonry walls; providing and installing water and sewer lines; providing and installing pr e-engineered metal building; providing and installing standing seam metal roofing; providing and installing metal doors/frames; providing and installing door hardware; providing and installing finished concrete slab; providing and installing insulation; pr oviding and installing paint systems for walls and doors; providing and installing steel bollards; providing and installing overhead coiling doors; providing and installing fire alarm systems; providing and installing unit heaters; providing and installing electrical systems and lighting; providing and installing sprinkler system. This procurement is unrestricted. All responsible business concerns may submit an offer for consideration. NAICS code for this procurement is 236220; SIC code is 1542. The mag nitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The best estimate for the issuance of the solicitation is on or about 8 August 2003.
