- NA The US Army Intelligence Center & Fort Huachuca/Defense Language Institute is conducting a Language Conference November 5 and 6, 2003. The purpose of this conference is to bring together language programs from government, academia, and industry in a colla borative environment where concepts and solutions about job-related language programs can be presented in a lecture/workshop format. The USAIC&FH/DLI is soliciting proposals on a full and open competitive basis from qualified organizations for an Events Coordinator/Consultant. The Contractor is asked to to coordinate the following activities: setup events for vendor demonstration to in clude contacting vendors, arrange for booths, collect payment of fees by the vendors, assure refreshments are available during the sessions and disseminate information about the conference. This year??????s conference will be held at FT. Huachuca, AZ. The conference agenda will open with a plenary session on Wednesday, 5 November followed by breakout sessions and additional plenary sessions on 5 and 6 November 2003.
