- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W80Y1C-3156-0002 is issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circul ar 01-14. The North American Industry Classification System code applicable to this acquisition is 335312. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. 60KVA Hobart ground power unit with 28.5 volt DC option (with a Cummins B3.9 diesel engine) (4 each), model number 60CU24PTR, part number 500060-005, or equal; 30?????? AC cable, 60 KVA (4 each), part number 402032-2, or equal; 30?????? DC cable (4 each), part number 402025-2, or equal; and 115V, 60HZ Rediline Generator (4 each), or equal. Offer or must indicate the maximum time required to effect delivery. Prices quoted shall be F.O.B. Destination prices. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price order resulting from this solicitation. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offe rors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and is incorporated by reference. Offerors will include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 ALT I, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with their quotations. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and is incorporated by reference. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and is incorporated in full text with the following clauses checked as applicable: 52.203-6; 52.219-6; 52.219-14; 52.222-21; 52.222-26; 52.222-35; 52.222-36; 52.222-37; 52.222-19; 52.225-13; 52.225-15; 52.232-33. AFARS Clause 252.212-7001 applies to this acquisition and is incorporated in full text with the following clauses checked as applicable: 52.203-3; 252.225-7036; 52.225-7012; 252.232-7003; 252.247-7023; 252.243-7002. The following additional FAR Clause is appli cable: 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The offeror will indicate manufacturer part numbers quoted and supply descriptive literature that will be used in evaluation of quotation. Award will b e made to the lowest responsive, responsible small business offeror whose quotation conforms to the solicitation. Offeror must provide the DUNS Number, Cage Code and Federal Tax-ID number along with their quotation. All offerors must be CCR Registered in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.204-7004. Quotations must be submitted to the Contracting Command, Building 1001, Fort Hood, TX 76544 by 3:00 P.M. Central on 31 Jul 03.
