- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 237310 (SIC 1611) applies, which has a small business size standard of $28,500,000 dollars. The requirement for the Median Barriers is as follows: Please quote FOB Destination pricing. Contractor must be CCR registered to receive award. 354th Contracting Squadron is requesting a quote for the following: Quantity 100 ea for all of the following: 12? 6?
