- Description
- The 319th Contracting Squadron is soliciting the following aircraft maintenance hangar project at the Grand Forks Air Force Base ND. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: preparation of floor and installation of new non-skid floor coating. Existing hanger floor, approximately 40,000 sqft, must be coated with a non-slip, light reflective coating. This coating must be able to withstand an Aircraft weight of approximately 200,000 lbs that has a point load of 90 psi, and associated mechanical and washing fluids. In addition to the other safety codes and manuals referenced in the contract documents, all work must be performed in accordance with applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and industry accepted safe practices. The performance period for this contract is to be determined. The contemplated contract will be Firm Fixed Price. The successful contractor will be selected using Customer Satisfaction/Performance Price Tradeoff procedures, resulting in the Best value to the Government. The NAICS code is 235990. The magnitude of this work is between $25,000 and $100,000. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. This will unrestricted in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.10. When posted, the solicitation may be obtained by downloading through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) (Vendor). Hard copies will not be available. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) on line at www.ccr.gov. in order to be considered for award. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates or amendments.
