- The Lincoln National Foerest has a requirement for the following: A landscape level environmental analysis for the watershed dscribed as 16 springs, located on the Sacramento Ranger District of the Lincoln National Forest. The document will develop a full range of alternative to the Proposed Action and clearly disclose environmental effects of all alternatives, including the no action as derected by the CEQ.
