- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, Pike & San Isabel National Forests has a requirement for the reconstruction of the Cottonwood Lake Campground and water system serving this area. Project involves reconstructing the entire campground, demolition of existing facilties; reconstruction of all roads and spurs; aggregate surfacing; construction of potable water system, staking; construction of trails; signs; retaining walls; wastewater holding tank. Project is located approximately 10 miles southwest of Buena Vista, Colorado, Custer County. Estimated Price Range between $250,000 and $500,000. The performance period is 365 calendar days. Award of a firm fixed price contract is anticipated. NAICS is 237990. All responsible sources will be considered. The solicitation will be available for download on approximately August 12, 2003, from this website.
