- This is being modified to change the item description from Non-Commercial to Commercial Item. Solicitation was issued on July 22, 2003 with a closing date of July 30, 2003. All other requirements remains the same. Solicitation Number SP0450-03-R-0826, LTC02253002244, NSN 6850-01-432-7105, Additive, Thermal Stabilizing, Jet Fuel, Betzdearborns' P/N: Spec-Aid 8Q462, Unit qty is gallon/bulk quantities only, quantities of fluid loaded into the transport vehicle shall be determined IAW the applicable paragraph of clause 52.247-9G12, Packaging/mark/Label IAW D.O.T and Mil-Std 129. NSN 6850-01-474-4852, Additive, Thermal Stabilizer, Jet Fuel, Betzdearborns' P/N Spec-Aid 8Q462, Unit container contains 240 gallons, Packaging/Mark/Label IAW D.O.T. & Mil-Std 129. NSN6850-01-432-7761, Additive, Thermal Stabilizer, Jet Fuel, Betzdearborns' P/N: Spec-Aid 8Q462, Unit container contains 280 gallons, Packaging/mark/label IAW D.O.T. & Mil-Std 129. NSN 6850-01-432-7840, Additive, Thermal Stabilizer, Jet Fuel, Betzdearborns' P/N: Spec-Aid 8Q462, Unit drum contains 54 gallons, New & Unused drum shall conform to 1A1, 18/18 gauge, color dark green, gray, or black, Interior shall be compatible with contents. Stencil upper 1/3 side drum. Mark IAW Mil-std 129. NSN6850-01-432-7871, Additive, Thermal Stability for Jet Fuel, Betzdearborns' P/N: Spec-Aid 8Q462, Unit container contains 5 gallons. Unit container shall conform to 1A1 24-26 gauge or 1H1. Color dark green, black, blue, or white. Mark/Label IAW D.O.T. & Mil-std 129. Paper labels are not authorized. All NSNS not commercial, QAP 010 applies. Lines 0001 to 0005 are Direct Vendor Delivery Items with 15 Days ARO. Solicitation Unrestricted and will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year with an option to extend the terms for an additional 4 years. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the Solicitation. The solicitation will issue on November 22,2002 with a closing date of December 18, 2002.
