- LTC03093010456, NSN1730-00-907-7676, AIRCRAFT GROUND SERVICING SHIELD. A technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four (4) option years. FOB Orgin, Inspection/Acceptance Orgin. Requested delivery is 76 days ARO for the initial shipment and 30 DARO for the subsequent shipments. Solicitation will be available for issue on or about August 11, 2003 and close on or about September 11, 2003. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
