- PR No: LTC03178012822; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a P-3 Panel, Windshield, Heated. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There are two approved sources of supply: Sierracin-Sylmar Corp, Cage 12035 and Pilkington Aerospace Inc, Cage 86175. OEM is Lockheed Martin. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-00-239-0343; P/N 943536-110, Rev H; AEQ = 156 Base Year, 80 Option Years; and Maximum Qty = 240 Base Year and 152 Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, 260 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 17 Jul 03. The anticipated award date is 15 Sep 03. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
