- Solicitation Number: SP0560-03-R-0122 FSC: 5340 Nomenclature: Digital Combination Locks RFP: Issue Date 31 JULY 2003 The solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Contract to be awarded under Commercial Procedures. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business. The procurement is for 2 competitive NSNs. The first NSN is 5340-01-498-2758, second NSN is 5340-01-498-2759. The total estimated value for the 2 items is $2,316,600.00. This procurement also contains an option to Increase Quantity Clause. Drawings are available at time of solicitation. Delivery is as follows: 60 day delivery to stock after date of order. The first NSNs is Qualified Products List (QPL) item, the second NSN has a FAT (First Article Test) requirement. Offers will be evaluated on Automotive Best Value System (ABVS). Source Inspection requirements apply as contained in the solicitation.
