- NSN: 2815012484992, PARTS KIT. Made in accordance with Detroit Diesel (72582) part number 8927743 or Federal Mogul/FP Diesel (7U288) part number B8927743. Quantity of 775 is to be delivered to New Cumberland PA (300 Kits) and Anniston AL (475 Kits) with 90 days after date of award. An option quantity of 775 is also included. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See Note: 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of August 13, 2003. The requirement is unrestricted with the Small Business size standard as 750 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
