- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, tools, materials as required to clean, repair, point, and remortar the North brick facade of the U.S. Capitol Power Plant's (CPP) East Refrigeration Plant. Work shall include scaffolding erection, pressure washing, replacing or repairing broken bricks, applying a commercial grade masonry bounding agent, and repointing the cleaned recessed mortar joint with mortar to match the existing mortar. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NOTE: A request for the RFQ package may be made via FAX (202/225-3221) or e-mail, fwitcher@aoc.gov.
