- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation Number F6SVFF31951100. (iii) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 2321 with a small business size standard of 500. The associated NAICS code is 315211. Award will be based on an integrated assessment of price, delivery time, and quality of product. (vii) Offerors are required to complete a copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications –Commercial Items, excluding paragraph (b) of the provision (IAW DFARS 212.301(b)(2)).
