- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC-SD) intends to award a sole source contract to AP Labs, Inc. 16868 Via Del Campo Court, San Diego, CA 92127, for the procurement of three FS-9718-NECC/TIP chassis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A sole source solicitation will be issued. The solicitation will be transmitted to the sole source contractor by means other than posting it on the SPAWAR E-CC Business Opportunities web site.
