- Description
- This project consists of roof repair with liquid membrane roofing product and stainless steel flashings to areas of the Corvallis Forestry Schiences Laboratory roof located in Corvallis, Oregon, Benton County, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. The successful offeror shall be required to submit a Payment Bond (100%) prior to start of work. Contract time is 15 calendar days. Estimated start work date is July 1, 2003. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business concerns. (Solicitation packet is estimated to be posted in FedBizOpps on or about May 30, 2003.)
