- Description
- The agency is in need of additional Type I and II Helicopter resources for use under an “Additional Call When Needed (CWN)” Helicopter solicitation. All additional helicopters shall meet and comply with the CWN specifications and performance requirements as stated in the above referenced package. In order to facilitate awards all interested Operators should perform load calculation requirements to assure the A/C meet performance specifications and assure the appropriate supporting information is attached such as performance charts. Also review that pricing is reasonable and commensurate with the market. All additional helicopters awarded under the above solicitation shall be valid from the date of award upon verification of the helicopters performance and will expire on December 31, 2003 . Offerors are encouraged to submit available helicopter resources immediately for consideration or by no later then August 04, 2003. Offers may be submitted via overnight delivery to the address in the SF 1449. The solicitation and the Offerors submission package can be located on the following web page: http:/www.nifc.gov/contracting . In addition to the submittals required in the Offerors submission package also submit a copy of your certificate of insurance specifically listing the “United States of America” as an insured party.
