- Description
- The United States Small Business Administration intends to award a sole source contract to Advanced Research Technologies (ART) as a result of an unsolicited proposal entitled "Leading at the Innovation-Entrepreneurship Nexus." The total budget for this research is $150,000.00, ATR is seeking a number of national sponsors. ART is seeking $35,000.00 from the SBA Office of Advocacy. This is not a solicitation, no solicitation will be issued. See Numbered Note 22.
