Description

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supplies and equipment to furnish bottled water, cup dispensers and cups, and rental and maintenance of water coolers at the following locations: 1) Suitland Federal Building (FB) #2, 2) Modular Buildings #1 and #2, 3) FB #3, 4) Suitland House, and 5) FB #4, Suitland, Maryland. The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. The contract performance is for an initial 12 month period, with the option to extend for four additional 12 month periods. Prevailing wage determination and clauses will apply. GSA will be issuing solicitation GS11P03ZGC0250 electronically only on or about July 30, 2003. Services under the anticipated awarded contract are scheduled to begin on or about September 1, 2003. This solicitation is open to both large and small business concerns.
