- This is a combined synopsis/solicitaion for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Regional Contracting Office, NE currently has a requirement for the following: 1. Stone, ASTM #21B; 200 TONS 2. Stone, ASTM #1, 4" - 1.5"; 300 TONS 3. Stone, ASTM #3, 2.5" - 1"; 1100 TONS 4. Stone, ASTM #57, 3/4" Clean, 400 TONS Please state your price per ton with delivery included in price. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and cluases are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
