- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N68836-03-T-0238 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This solicitation is issued on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis. The NAICS Code 326199, size standard 500 employees. The USS Vicksburg (CG-69), Naval Station, Mayport, Fl. 32228 requires the removal and installation of approximately 268 square feet of overhead panels (polyvinyl chloride aluminum backed) in the CPO Lounge, and approximately 713 square feet of decking (approx. 268 square feet of carpet Type II, Class II in CPO Lounge and approximately 445 square feet of wood tile in CPO Mess), and the reupholster of one "U" shaped sofa. Vendors are responsible for the measurement of the spaces; the approximate sizes provided are for solicitation purposes only.
