- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment, Washington, DC intends to award a Sole-Source Firm Fixed Price Contract to Analytical Graphics, Inc. for the purchase of Satellite Tool Kit Licenses and annual maintenance. The contract will be for a vase year and two one-year options. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. SEE NOTE 22.
