- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Newport, RI intends to solicit proposals for the Design Development, Installation, Removal, Transportation, Storage and Inventory Management of Systems Furniture. A three (3) year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity with Firm Fixed Price provisions is anticipated. F.O.B. Destination - Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS Code is 561210; size standard is $6.0M. Evaluation factors are Past Performance and Price. The solicitation is expected to be released on or about 2003 JUL 28. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items applies. Evaluation will be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation--Commercial Items. quote. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, and DFARS 52.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items apply.
