- Description
- The Government intends to award a sole source contract for N62742-03-R-1313. The contractor is DG21, Diego Garcia. This design-build project will replace obsolete and deteriorated low to high voltage switchgear located at various locations, deteriorated underground electrical distribution lines at various locations and two (2) 500KW generators at the receiver communications site. This project will be accomplished in four (4) phases. The switchgear equipment replacement shall match the existing equipment footprint to preclude any expansion of the facility that houses the equipment. The capacity of the switchgear shall remain the same as the existing. The work shall be located at Navy Support Facility, Diego Garcia.
