- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to enter into negotiations with Hydraulics International Incorporated. The Government has a requirement for 155 each Air Force Linkless Ammunition Loading System (LALS) trailer modification kits P/N 99278-700. Hydraulics International Incorporated is located at 9201 Independence Avenue, Chatsworth, CA 91311-6178. The Government intends to procure this under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own any data, drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses should reference N68335-99-C-0167. Information should be received no later than 07 August 2003. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation package will be available.
