- POC: Sonja C. Tweten, U.S. Geological Survey, Box 25046, MS 204A, Denver, CO 80225, Telephone: (303) 236-9335, Fax: (303) 236-2710, email: sctweten@usgs.gov. The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for Monitoring Well Installations located in Ft. Leonard Wood Military Reservation, Missouri. The contractor shall be required to drill and install monitoring wells at approximately 11 sites within the area on a task order basis. The contractor shall use drilling methods that produce a plumb borehole to the required specifications and that do not introduce any contaminants such as oil, grease, or volatile organic compounds into the borehole. Telephone requests and faxes will not be accepted. An original plus three (3) copies of the RFP will be accepted. It is anticipated the RFP will be available on or after August 7, 2003.
