- Notice-Full and Open Competition. The work of this contract consists of the general construction of; PVC gravity sewer piping and appurtenances, precast concrete manholes, dual-pump sewage lift stations in precast concrete manholes, gate valves in concrete valve boxes, PVC pressure sewer, chain-link fence and gates, electrical work associated with the relocation of existing exterior electrical equipment, and any other miscellaneous minor items necessary for a complete and functional project. All work will be performed under a single contract. The NAICS code for this project is 234910 and the small business size standard is $28.5 million. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the price range for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. The solicitation and attachments will be posted on electronic commerce on or about August 7, 2003 at the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. All amendments will also be posted to this website. In order to download a copy of the solicitation, vendors will be asked to register their company with the electronic commerce website. Be prepared with your company's duns number, available from Dun and Bradstreet at 1-888-546-0024, and your Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN).
