- Description
- Project consists of the construction of a garage/office/storage building. This project includes demolition of existing garage and adjacent retaining wall, site layout, utility relocation and connections, earthwork, concrete foundation construction, wood framing, installation of windows and doors, grading, seeding, and all plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical work. The estimated magnitude of the construction of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 236210, Industrial Building Construction, with a size standard of $28.5 million. Solicitation packages will be available free of charge approximately 07/28/2003 with bid opening occurring on or about 08/27/2003.
