- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to issue an Invitation for Bids for the renovation of the interior of the Environmental Education Building at the Wallkill River National Wildlife Refuge in Vernon, New Jersey. Work includes but is not limited to new HVAC system, ceilings, drywall, plumbing and carpeting. This project is set aside for a small business. The NAICS code is 238990. The estimated magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The size standard is $12 million. Issue date of the solicitation package will be on or about August 7, 2003. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued. Requests for a solicitation package can be submitted in writing to the address above. Telephonic requests WILL NOT be accepted. However, FAX requests will be accepted at FAX # 413-253-8450. Any requests for a solicitation package shall include the name, address, telephone number, fax number, name of point of contact, and should be identified by the solicitation number 501813B017 and the title Interior Renovation of Enviro.
