- Description
- The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment and tools, except for specified Government-furnished property, required to effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily perform the janitorial services specified within this Performance Based Service Contract. The work shall comply with codes and standards applicable to each type of work and as listed in the individual sections of these specifications. LOCATION OF WORK: BLM, : Rawlins Field Office complex at 1300 North Third St. Rawlins, Wyoming including the main office building consisting of approximately 8,768 square feet, the annex building consisting of approximately 6000 square feet, conference room of approximately 2,160 square feet, the breeze way of approximately 550 square feet, fire dispatch of approximately 2,785 square feet, approximately 1,390 square feet above the fire dispatch office, approximately 224 square feet of soils/ lab office, and the sign shop consisting of approximately 8,335 square feet. This work is located in Carbon County, Wyoming. The work sites are shown on the attached Work and Project Location Maps posted on the ideasec.nbc.gov website. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% small business set-aside. A performance period of 1 October 2003 - September 2004, with two options anticipated starting October 2004, Refer to actual line item schedule of the solicitation. Tentative issuance of this solicitation is on or about 25 July 2003 and a closing date or on or about 27 August, 2003, please refer to actual dates in the Request for Quote.
