The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Regional Office (WRO) is soliciting quotes for Lease File Reviews at BIA WRO Agency/Field Offices (3 Arizona Agency/Field Office locations) and at two (2) Arizona & one (1) California Tribal Office locations, to complete individual BIA WRO Agency/Field Office lease file status report(s) with respect to all surface and subsurface leases, permits and similar agreements (collectively, leases) encumbering trust and restricted lands within the jurisdiction of the BIA WRO, as of January 1, 2003, including all types of leases, but not subleases (except as indicated). ISSUE DATE of RFQ is O/A 07-18-2003, Friday. CLOSING DATE is 08-19-2003, Tuesday. Estimated Price Range is NTE $150,000.00 per location.
