- NA AMENDMENT #1 to combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items #DAAE24-03-Q-0130. The DESCRIPTION is amended to add the following requirement which applies to all CLINS 0001 THROUGH 0007: --- All materials furnished will be one piece construction . No material will be welded or pieced together to obtain the correct plate thickness, width or length. Plates that have been welded or pieced in any way will not be accepted. --- All other terms, conditions and provisions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
