- NA Intent to procure miscellaneous calibrating equipment from Kistler Instrument Corp., Amherst NY on a sole source basis. Items include 1 each, 2-Channel Charge Amplifier P/N 6907B1; 3 each, High Pressure Transducer P/N 6251; 4 each Diaphram Protection P/N 6567; End Finishing Tool P/N 13000A25; 1 each Hydralic High-Pressure Generator P/N 6906; 1 each Adaptor for 6905A P/N 6925, 2 each Low Noise Trans. Cable P/N 1631C1, 1 each Reference Sensor P/N 6963A8000. The proposed contract action is for supplies or s ervices for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solel y within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
