- NA The Texas Army National Guard will be negotiating for Cummins NTC-400 remanufactured engines. Negotiations will be for a requirements contract for up to 120 engines or 4 years, whichever comes first. Remanufactured engines will carry a basic Cummins base warranty for one year/100,000 miles and will cover l00 percent of the parts, labor, progressive damage and consumables along with a special optional warranty which wil bring the base warranty to two years/200,000 miles of operation. The Government intend s to negotiate and award a contract with Cummins Engine Company Aftermarket, Memphis Tennessee.
