Description: NA The Texas Army National Guard requires medical services to conduct various physicals and related procedures at a set cost. Locations are Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Ft Worth, Houston, Plano, San Antonio and Waco, Texas. Individuals will go the medical facili ty for services. Proceudures for examinations and billing must be standardized for all locations. A requirements contract not to exceed 4 years is anticipated. (NAICS code 62112, SIC 8011).
