- NA Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision to perform all work necessary to construct a wooden bulkhead around the Fountain Green Golf Course Pond, located adjacent to Maryland Avenue, Fort Dix, New Jersey. The period of performance is one hundred twenty (120) days after the Notice to Proceed. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for th is procurement are 237990, 1629, $28,500,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19.1305, this acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to HUBZone small business concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. E ligible HUBZone firms shall request a solicitation package in writing.
